Diamantis Masoutis S.A. is the biggest super market chain in Northern Greece and the 3rd in Greece in terms of stores number. More than 280 stores are communicating their requests to the Central Technical Team which dispatches the requests to internal and external collaborators through Coswin 8i. The Technical Team is able now to monitor all stores assets, store certifications, the work undertaken from the contractors, the pending issues, the payments authorisations and many more.
The application is expanding now in the use of Coswin to the Logistics Center and the Vehicles department of the company in order to cover the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance operations.
